Parts Manager – Automotive

What You’ll DoLead day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Develop annual budgets and track daily gross sales
Reconcile invoices, warranty returns, and inventory reports
Manage and maintain parts inventory with tight controls
Provide training, support, and mentorship to parts department staff
Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve issues promptly
Partner with other managers in weekly meetings and planning sessions
Compile and analyze department reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate parts marketing initiatives and oversee obsolescence reporting
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Entry level or Exprienced managing an efficient parts department
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Valid Driver’s License (must be insurable)
