Role Description

This full-time role is for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at our clinic in Basehor, KS. The individual will be responsible for assessing and implementing tailored therapy plans to support the developmental needs of children. Duties include collaborating with families, addressing sensory integration challenges, developing strategies for daily living activities, and working closely with interdisciplinary team members. This is an on-site role that involves hands-on therapy and a commitment to delivering high-quality care that prioritizes each child’s unique needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sensory Integration techniques and approaches
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics
• Experience in Early Intervention services and strategies
• Passion for Working With Children and the ability to engage effectively with young individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members
• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to become licensed in Kansas
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly valued
