We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Personal/Executive Assistant to support an international entrepreneur in the hospitality, food, and wine industry.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements

Oversee real estate projects, including insurance, vendor payments, and task management

Reconcile bank accounts and process bill payments

Run errands, such as picking up supplies and arranging meetings

Provide administrative support, including writing, scheduling, and general organization

Travel between offices, homes, and various project locations

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office

Strong writing and communication skills

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A background in real estate is a plus

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic and ever-changing work environment. Some days you'll be working remotely, while others may require you to be at different locations, including homes and offices.
