About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to serve as the executive leader and visionary, guiding the institution into its next chapter of excellence and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the company's mission and values, providing strategic leadership, and overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan. This role involves fostering a strong sense of community, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the continued success and development of the company. The President will also be instrumental in leading the company through the 2026 Self Study and the upcoming capital campaign, and must be prepared to take on the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Candidates for the President position at the company should have a proven track record in educational leadership, with a deep understanding of the principles of faith-based education. A strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and fundraising is essential. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspiring leader, capable of building and maintaining relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the wider community. A commitment to the values and mission of the company, as well as a vision for its future, is paramount. A relevant advanced degree in education, administration, or a related field is preferred.
