Job Description

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for Data Collection & Analytics within their Real Estate Due Diligence team. The role involves performing asset tagging and data collection in the field, reporting to a Regional Manager, and assisting with oversight of a team of producers. Responsibilities include developing, pricing, and executing program business plans, preparing information gathering for data analytics, and ensuring utilization and production of team members. Experience with building systems data collection, HVAC, refrigeration, and facility maintenance equipment is required; IoT device experience is preferable but not essential. The Project Manager leads safety briefings, ensures safety compliance, conducts walk-through surveys, adheres to client site visit protocols, and provides data quality and control checks. Travel may be required up to 100%. The role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may involve mentoring junior staff. Qualifications include a preferred bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field, or a minimum of a high school diploma. Candidates must be self-starters with strong time management and problem-solving skills, proficient with iOS devices and Microsoft Office. OSHA-10 certification, a driver's license, and a U.S. passport or ability to obtain one are required. Communication skills, reasoning ability, and organizational skills are essential. The position requires managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. The estimated salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus. The job is remote with locations in multiple U.S. cities and requires about 25% travel.
