Purchasing Coordinator:

Our client is a dynamic, growing business in the Canton area who values work-life balance. They are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join their established team and will move quickly for the right candidate!

Responsibilities of the Purchasing Coordinator:

• Assess current material availability
  
• Prepare and process purchase orders through software.
• Oversee annual inventory.
• Analyze and resolve purchasing issues/discrepancies.
• Participate in cost reduction activities, observe and report major increases.
• Follow up with vendors on lead time and due by dates.

Preferred Qualifications of the Purchasing Coordinator:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills,
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of materials and supplies used by the company.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  

The Purchasing Coordinator role is fully on-site in Canton, OH with a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
