In this role, you will: • Performing requirements analysis and architecture. • Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions. • Perform functional analysis, design trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. • Develop system models and system performance simulations to support system design trade studies and system specifications. • Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. • This position requires a government security clearance. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package here! rmshotmiljobs buildradars Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical and Computer engineering or related STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years engineering experience or 3 years of engineering experience with a STEM Masters degree. • Experience with radar systems, signal processing, requirements development, MATLAB modeling and programming, systems engineering processes and product life cycle experience • Mentoring experience in the radar systems engineering domain • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship is required. Desired Skills: • Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical • Experience with model based system engineering: DOORS, Rhapsody, requirements specifications • Experience developing and analyzing radar signal processing algorithms and performance • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Crucible, Confluence) • Experience with Agile Methodologies • Experience with Development and Operations (DevOps) technologies • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Knowledge and/or experience with Electronic Attack (EA)/ Electronic Protection (EP) principles and techniques Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
