Duties/Essential Functions Complete Matthews intensive training program Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis and brokerage Proactively reach out to commercial real estate owners Make 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners Maintain detailed activity records on Matthews' CRM system Utilize industry-leading tools and resources to win business and build relationships Other responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required Competitive, with excellent communication skills Strong prospecting skills and ability to penetrate new accounts Organizational skills to manage a large database Understanding of financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate Professional work ethic and integrity Ability to work independently and in a team Industrious, coachable, and driven for success Provide valuable financial analysis to clients Collaborate with sales leaders and mentors to develop business plans MREIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
