Responsibilities: 

• Must have a proven real estate sales record and valid real estate sales license. 
• A member of the multiple listing service and REALTORS Association. 
• Able to establish, manage a real estate group of agents and provide support.
• Recruit real estate agents and provide onboarding training and guidance. 
• Adhere to HFM Realty Inc. policies and protocols.
• Monitor and manage agents sales transactions from start to a close.
• Become an HFM Realty Team Lead Member.
