In this key role, you will manage and support our rental properties and owners, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: An active participant in the leasing and managing of residential properties, ensuring compliance, regulations, and timeframes. Perform onsite visits and meet with owners and tenants. Address owner and tenant requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Uphold Bailey Property Management's standards of satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
