Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Serves as the first point of contact by warmly greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, managing conference room schedules, and entering data accurately into the system.
• Provides responsive customer service by handling inquiries, accepting deliveries, and coordinating meeting logistics, including food and beverage setup.
• May also assist with administrative tasks such as document copying, binding, and basic copier maintenance.
