Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical support to residents in an assisted living setting.
- Perform resident assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established standards and protocols.
- Monitor resident health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Ensure documentation meets all regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Support and mentor caregiving staff to promote teamwork and continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
Qualifications - Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with professionalism and care.
