Your Role As an RN here, you’ll do more than provide clinical care, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in alignment with care plans and best practices.
- Guiding and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other team members to maintain excellence in resident outcomes.
- Collaborating across disciplines to ensure individualized, person-centered care.
- Monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, and maintaining precise documentation.

What We’re Looking For - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
