What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upselling opportunities
Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to showcase services
Manage accounts of existing clients while identifying and acquiring new clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
Ability to maintain a sales brag book demonstrating achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
Strong network and influence within the eDiscovery market
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details effectively
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with account management in the legal services industry
Familiarity with billing and project coordination in a client engagement context
Demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
