Your Role

What You’ll Do:

• Provide tailored solutions to both new and existing customers.
• Lead the plumbing field to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, from leaks to low water pressure.
• Follow up on estimates to convert them into sales.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, including pipes, faucets, and water heaters.
• Highlight the benefits of our services, including warranties and financing options.
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked.

What You Need to Succeed

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in residential plumbing, focusing on service.
• A positive attitude and respect for our customers.
• A solid understanding of plumbing equipment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in your role.
• A clean driving record and the ability to work late when necessary.
