Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   • Entry Level: No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
   • Intermediate: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in roofing installation and repair.
   • Advanced: 3+ years of extensive experience in all aspects of roofing, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in installing and repairing diverse roofing materials (e.g., shingles, tiles, metal, flat roofing systems).
   • Ability to safely and effectively use roofing tools and equipment.
   • In-depth knowledge of roofing techniques, methods, and best practices.
   • Familiarity with current roofing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
3. Physical Requirements:
   • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
   • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
   • Unwavering commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
4. Attention to Detail:
   • Ability to accurately follow blueprints, specifications, and instructions.
