Roofing & Solar Sales Representative (100% Commission)

Are you hungry, motivated, and ready to earn BIG? We’re looking for sharp, driven individuals to join our roofing & solar sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. If you can sell, you can scale fast.

• Sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications:

• 2 years sales experience
• 1 year door to door knocking experience

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through various sales techniques, including door-to-door and outside sales strategies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs related to roofing and solar solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage leads and track sales progress.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing efforts and improve sales strategies.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to clients throughout the sales process.
