Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Only) – Orlando, FL

Top Performers Earn $200K+

Average commissions range from $70K–$120K+

What You’ll Do:

• Door-to-Door Canvassing : Knock residential and commercial doors to generate leads
• Sell Roof Replacements : Present and explain our services with confidence and clarity
• Build Quotes & Contracts : Work with our back office to create accurate proposals
• Manage Customer Relationships : Guide clients through the entire sales and install process
• Stay Sharp : Learn market trends, product knowledge, and new closing techniques
• Crush Your Goals : Set and hit targets with the support of our leadership team

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of  door-to-door sales experience (required)
• Roofing or construction experience is a  plus , but not required
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Self-motivation and a competitive edge
• Willingness to  relocate to Orlando, FL before starting
