Roofing Sales Representative

About the Job

SR Consultants, LLC is seeking an energetic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on residential and commercial roofing projects and plays a key part in lead generation, client relationship building, and sales growth. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect targeted neighborhoods and businesses through door-knocking and direct outreach.

  • Identify roofing and construction needs, introduce services, and generate leads.

  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships before, during, and after projects.

  • Address client concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Stay current on roofing trends, materials, and services.

  • Understand customer needs and present tailored roofing or remodeling solutions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals (2 leads/sales per week minimum).

  • Contribute to company growth and maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset.

Education & Technical Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Class C driver’s license

  • Clean background check

  • Vehicle capable of carrying ladder and sales materials

  • Car insurance (minimum state-required coverage)

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM — Actively prospecting in the field

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Lead follow-ups, sending estimates/invoices (remote work allowed with approval)

  • Friday Afternoon & Weekends: Off

Note: Flexibility is key; some work outside normal hours may be required to close sales or manage client relationships.
