Role Overview: The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles, with a strong focus on roofing sales and field operations. This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting commission-based or door-to-door sales professionals. You’ll work closely with our hiring managers, regional leaders, and HR team to ensure a consistent, value-driven candidate experience, because at Apple Roofing, hiring the right people is the first step in building a sweeter experience. What You'll Do: Source candidates through our ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit for both skill and culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and communicate next steps to candidates. Keep ATS pipelines organized, accurate, and up to date. Represent Apple Roofing’s brand and values in every interaction, providing clear communication and a positive candidate experience. Support onboarding handoffs and documentation for new hires. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process. What We're Looking For: 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (construction, roofing, or sales recruiting preferred). Familiarity with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
