ManTech seeks a highly motivated and career-oriented Security Administrator to support the Security Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, (MCBQ) Virginia.
The primary purpose of this position is to advise the staff & senior security leadership on
Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP)
security as it relates to wargames. The appointment is a multifaceted position, with the incumbent serving in support of the Supervisory Government SAP/SCI Security Officers, providing concurrent security-related support services to numerous subordinate command organizations
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advise on all aspects of SAP/SCI security (physical, cyber, information, personnel, risk management).
Analyze, coordinate, and recommend security proposals and revisions.
Ensure MCWL policies comply with DoD/DON/MC objectives.
Develop and implement security strategies for wargames.
Monitor and improve security programs.
Assist in developing command security policies and procedures.
Coordinate compliance inspections and corrective actions.
Monitor and maintain security standards for classified material.
Work with the ISSM on information systems security.
Manage the classification management program.
Develop and deliver security education and training
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years’ experience or an Associate’s Degree or 6 years or High School Diploma and 6 years
Must be able to obtain DoD’s Security Professional Education Development (SPeD), Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), and Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) certifications within three years.
Clearance Requirements:
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
