Job Description

Software Methods is seeking a Senior Business Analyst , for a one year contract opportunity , to assist our client onsite in their Chadds Ford, PA facility. The ideal candidate will have four to five years’ experience in a corporate pharmaceutical setting.

The position is primarily focused on business analysis support of various initiatives related to dermatology department applications. This individual is responsible for translating business into technical requirements and providing third-party data access requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements to technical requirements working directly with sales and/or market access stakeholders
• Document, review and update business process requirements based on user feedback
• Analyze, review, and document current structure and use cases of the application or process
• Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction
• Track required tasks through completion
• Ability to develop/update existing materials and support the team in understanding of requirements or training materials as needed
• Develop process flows as needed
• Establishing a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely, cost-effective manner with top quality
• Document and track problems in business systems or processes to provide recommendations for future efficiencies.

Required Experience:

• College degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems preferred
• Pharma experience a must
• Experience with IQVIA Xponent / Plantrak data or other relevant datasets
• Demonstrated experience translating dermatology business requirements to technical requirements working directly with sales and/or market access stakeholders
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Customer research and service skills
• Excellent communications skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with CRM/SFA systems
• Sales Reporting experience.
