Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience in web development and at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Flutter and Spring Boot . This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong ability to architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality software solutions and is adept at working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Flutter (front-end) and Spring Boot (back-end) .
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end components using Flutter and integrate them seamlessly with RESTful APIs.
• Develop and optimize microservices architecture with Spring Boot for robust backend solutions.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including clean code principles, performance optimization, and security standards .
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers , and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Flutter, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies .

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in web and software development .
• 5+ years of professional experience in Flutter , including building and deploying complex mobile/web applications.
• 5+ years of experience in Spring Boot , developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and state management in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications .
• Knowledge of machine learning integration within applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
