What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble signage using CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, welders, and other tools.
• Install signage securely and professionally at customer locations.
• Prepare surfaces, apply finishing touches, and ensure accuracy in every project.
• Collaborate with designers and fellow fabricators to deliver top-tier results on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sign fabrication and installation with proficiency in power tools and shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle the demands of the job.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for installations).
