Are you a creative and bold individual ready to amplify the voice of Aspire? We are seeking a passionate Social Media and Community Engagement Manager to help us articulate our story to marketers and creators globally. Positioned at the forefront of the booming creator economy, you'll take charge of our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, while also managing our Inside Influence Slack community for marketers navigating the influencer landscape.

Your strong voice and unique perspective on the creator economy will enable you to transform industry insights into captivating content that educates and inspires our audience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution: you'll craft content strategies, write compelling copy, create or edit short-form videos, ignite community conversations, and leverage data to optimize our approach continuously.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Manage and expand our social channels by overseeing Aspire's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, encompassing content planning, creation, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and launch our TikTok channel from the ground up: devise the content strategy, write scripts, film or edit short-form videos, and experiment with trending formats to carve out Aspire's unique voice.
  • Nurture our community by leading the Inside Influence Slack community: create engaging conversation prompts, host AMAs, share industry resources, and facilitate meaningful connections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Content and Product Marketing, to turn product launches, success stories, and company milestones into compelling social narratives.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, creator dialogues, platform changes, and industry movements to ensure Aspire's content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Repurpose existing content such as blog posts, webinars, and research reports into engaging social media snippets that drive attention and interaction.
  • Drive strategic initiatives by transforming product launches and trending topics into comprehensive multi-channel campaigns that educate our audience and drive business outcomes.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all channels; leverage data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance results.
  • Engage authentically with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and community inquiries in a way that is helpful, on-brand, and fosters genuine relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or community management within B2B SaaS, influencer marketing, or the creator economy.
  • A proven track record of successfully growing and managing social media accounts, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Strong writing abilities that enable you to craft engaging, authentic social copy appealing to both marketers and creators.
  • Experience in creating and editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Comfort with being on camera or exceptional skills in behind-the-scenes content creation; most importantly, an understanding of creating relatable and engaging material.
  • Experience moderating online communities (Slack, Discord, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking social media metrics and using insights to adjust strategy.
  • A solid understanding of B2B social media best practices, especially how they contrast with B2C tactics.
  • A self-starter attitude and the capability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a creator or direct involvement with creators, fostering an understanding of creator culture.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or the creator economy.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
  • Experience hosting or producing live sessions, webinars, or creator collaborations.

The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, with the possibility of bonuses. The final offer depends on experience, expertise, and location. This range excludes additional benefits such as equity and insurance.
