Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Analytics Data Analyst to support our people analytics strategy for RV Tech. You will leverage our people data to generate actionable insights and develop robust reporting solutions that inform strategic decisions related to talent and workforce. You will collaborate closely with HR partners, talent acquisition, learning & development, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, design and implement data models optimized for people data, and create visualizations that drive impactful people data strategies. A strong understanding of HR data domains, data warehousing, and advanced analytics techniques applied to human capital is essential. Experience with systems like Workday, iCIMS, ServiceNow (HRSD), and enterprise data visualization tools is required. Responsibilities People Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large HR datasets (from systems like Workday, iCIMS, ServiceNow) to identify trends and insights on talent acquisition, engagement, performance, retention, diversity & inclusion, and learning effectiveness. Interpret complex people data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders. Investigate data anomalies to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance. People Analytics Reporting and Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports on people metrics using HEX. Create visualizations to communicate KPIs and workforce trends effectively. Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. People Data Modeling and Warehousing: Develop and maintain data models and warehouse structures for HR data. Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Ensure data quality, consistency, and security. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR teams to understand strategic questions and translate them into analytics requirements. Communicate findings clearly to HR and business stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts. Technology and Tools: Utilize tools like SQL, Python, HEX, and cloud platforms such as Databricks. Work with HR systems like Workday, iCIMS, and ServiceNow for data extraction and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in data analysis or BI roles, focusing on strategic insights. Experience with Databricks, HEX, SQL, Python, and HR systems. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, with experience on HEX. Strong SQL skills and experience with large databases. Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. Ability to translate HR data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of HR data metrics and domains. Experience with HR technologies is a plus. Familiarity with statistical techniques is a bonus. Travel may be required for critical engagements. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Palo Alto, CA: $173,000 - $216,000 annually. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.
