JOB SUMMARY FOR STEWARD

Have you ever considered a professional career in fine dining with an iconic brand? Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is looking for a Steward to assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of Bin 23 Bistro.

RESPONSIBLITIES FOR STEWARD

• Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant.
• Correctly clean and maintain the dishwashing machine.

REQUIREMENTS FOR STEWARD

• Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
• Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise.
• Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Located in Granger, Indiana, Brasserie 23 is a locally owned restaurant —
