Essential Functions

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Demonstrate competency in job-related skills tailored to our diverse customer populations.
• Oversee the administration, coordination, and evaluation of patient registration.
• Warmly greet visitors and patients.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes.
• Verify insurance and inform patients about costs for care.
• Guide patients to appropriate resources for further information.
• Answer telephones and relay messages efficiently.
• Prepare patients for exams, assisting with dressing and positioning.
• Ensure exam rooms are ready for use.
• Interact compassionately with patients, from healthy individuals to those critically ill.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with physicians, patients, and the public
• The ability to build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers

Physical Demands

This position may require:

• Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Sitting for prolonged periods
• Frequent standing and walking

Dress Attire

Dress code is business casual or scrubs, depending on the department.
