Temp to Hire Administrative and Office Support 

Onsite - 5 days 

Overview:
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the corporate office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a professional, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, messages, and visitor greetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS shipments, and certified/bulk mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, and conference room logistics.
  • Support executives with scheduling, document prep, and other administrative tasks.
  • Order and manage inventory for office and breakroom supplies.
  • Maintain office layout and manage locker reservations.
  • Organize office events such as quarterly celebrations.
  • Coordinate vendors for services like shredding and facility repairs.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week 9-5pm
