\n\nTravel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nUltrasound Tech/Sonographer - Ob/Gyn Sonographer
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work clinic-based position from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with call responsibilities
\n• Must have strong MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) clinic skills required
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Must be graduate of accredited AMA school and registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
\n• Must maintain State License as general radiographer and/or be Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
\n• Perform abdominal, pelvic (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms
\n• Proficient in scanning small parts including thyroid, breast, and scrotum
\n• Perform ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and aspirations
\n• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under radiologist direction
\n• Follow departmental protocols for all procedures
\n• Local candidates not considered
\n• ASAP start date required
