🚀 We're Hiring: Sr. User Experience Designer (On-Site – Plano, TX)

We’re looking for a Sr. User Experience Designer to join our client’s dynamic team in Plano, TX (On-Site) and help shape the future of digital ordering, mobile apps, and in-house tools for one of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands .

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Lead design strategy and execution for major digital product initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and researchers
• Design intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and native apps
• Champion human-centered design with data-backed decision-making
• Contribute to a growing design system and elevate internal processes
• Craft compelling user journeys and advocate for accessibility at every step

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX or related design experience
• A digital portfolio that shows not just what you designed, but how and why
• Experience working on agile teams and designing scalable systems
• Skills in UX strategy, interaction design, prototyping, research collaboration
• Strong communication skills—you know how to present your ideas clearly
• Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for improving the customer experience
