This role focuses on ensuring seamless operation and accessibility of digital interfaces, web portals, and associated systems while supporting cross-functional operations. The candidate will be responsible for website management, digital enhancements, administrative and technical support, and facilitating efficient use of enterprise tools and resources. Key Responsibilities: Web Portal Management: Oversee the PEO portal site, ensuring timely upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to support operational needs. Implement improvements, perform testing, and verify updates according to schedule. Data Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date content on web portals and repositories, ensuring updates are posted within three working days of receipt. Digital Collaboration: Manage website access and provide administration support for government portals and information-sharing platforms. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with PMWs to synchronize operational activities, prepare meeting documentation, and deliver reports within defined timelines. Administrative Support: Contribute to workspace improvement plans, document operational workflows, and maintain accurate records in enterprise systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP). Technical Oversight: Act as the Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) for NMCI or equivalent systems, managing equipment inventory, configuration databases, and resolving operational issues. Facilities and Space Management: Support facilities operations, including space utilization analysis, submission of Facilities Request Forms, and participation in Facilities Planning Boards (FPBs).
