Job Description We are Hiring: Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Senior Living Employment Type: Full-Time (Weekend Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on weekends to help continue our legacy of excellence in senior care.
Key Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and physicians’ orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor resident conditions, report changes promptly, and document all nursing activities.
- Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents’ physical and emotional needs are met.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment consistent with facility standards and state regulations.
- Participate in rounds, shift reports, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently during weekend hours.
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude towards residents and families.
Work Schedule - Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Day, evening, or night shifts available depending on facility needs.
Compensation and Benefits - Competitive hourly wage: $36-$42 per hour based on experience.
