Role Name: Workiva Solution Specialist
Location: Westlake, TX; or Boston; or Smithfield, Or Merrimack.
Permanent Fulltime
Responsibilities:
• Support clients in using Workiva's financial reporting module effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workiva's financial reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting and software solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Workiva's platform and features.
