About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic leadership and vision for its information technology and institutional research functions. The CIO will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that aligns with the company's mission and strategic plan, ensuring the security and reliability of technical operations, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role involves overseeing all IT and institutional research services, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to understand and meet their technology needs and will be expected to have a strong background in IT management, including experience with ERP systems, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in IT.
