🚀 Join Our Team as a Real Estate Development Associate!

Are you passionate about uncovering market opportunities, driving growth, and making smart investments? We're looking for a results-driven Real Estate Development Associate to join our expanding team and help shape the future of our retail footprint. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—analyzing markets, scouting prime locations, leading acquisitions, and influencing strategic leasing decisions.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Explore new and existing markets to pinpoint ideal locations for new convenience stores
  • Identify high-potential tenants for vacant spaces within our owned or leased properties
  • Conduct in-depth market research, site visits, and competitive analysis to evaluate new acquisition opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end property transactions—acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
  • Interpret zoning, land use regulations, and master plans to support development strategy
  • Build and present financial models to assess ROI and guide investment decisions

💡 What You Bring to the Table:

  • A keen eye for emerging trends and untapped market opportunities
  • Hands-on experience with real estate contracts, lease negotiations, and transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for financial modeling and investment analysis
  • Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and commercial development processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re great with clients and partners
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% across the U.S. (including short-notice trips)

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail development, or a related sector
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
