Job Description

Title: Coupa S2P Product Owner

Location: Mclean, VA (onsite)

Duration: 06 months contract and more

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Coupa platform, managing configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Oversee Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, and Contracts.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with finance, procurement, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and tasks.
  • Conduct regular meetings to align on priorities and communicate platform capabilities.

Backlog and Prioritization:

  • Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Implementation and Optimization:

  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver enhancements and ensure the quality of deployments.
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, identifying areas for improvement.

Training and Support:

  • Create and deliver training materials for end-users to maximize adoption and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot platform issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Design and generate reports to track key metrics, spend analysis, and compliance.
  • Leverage Coupa analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure the platform aligns with internal policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote best practices for spend management and procurement processes.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing the Coupa platform.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of procurement and spend management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Coupa or Agile methodologies (CSPO, CSM) is a plus.
