The Executive Producer, Non-Live Content, is a creative and strategic leader responsible for overseeing the development, production, and distribution of high-quality non-live content, including series, formats, and mid-form/YouTube series. This role involves collaborating with developing creative briefs based on project and brand expectations, overseeing all aspects of production from ideation to final delivery, being accountable for content creative & technical execution, working with internal and external production partners and talent to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms, including third-party linear and streaming channels, owned channels, and YouTube. EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field. 8+ years of overall media employment in high-end series production (linear or streaming), Mid-Form production and/or long form production, especially in factual entertainment. Most recent work experience preferably as a staff member of a major TV network, large production company, or uninterrupted freelance work for top-tier companies Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex production projects across various formats. Deep understanding of the media landscape and production industry, including the international content market, broadcast strategy, commissioning, programming, audiences, ratings, and branded content Experience managing and developing high-performing production teams Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 30-40% Permanent Benefits eligible Red Bull North America
