Job Description & Requirements Job Title: Registered Nurse- Case Management/Discharge Planner
Location: Edmonds, WA 98026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days 5x8hrs (08:00 AM to 04:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours weekly
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE EPIC CHARTING
Must have case management and discharge experience. Utilization management experience is helpful but not required.
Avg Daily Census: 18-20
