About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Full Cycle Accountant to join a small-shop, hands-on environment. This role manages the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities for a business overseeing 200+ franchise stores . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and enjoys working closely with a personable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (approx. 20 checks per week) and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Maintain financial records and prepare balance sheets and reconciliations .
• Process payroll through Insperity and handle related reporting.
• Execute weekly royalty drafts (100+), currency conversions, and intercompany transactions.
• Support manufacturing accounting and apply ASC 606 standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors for the annual audit.
• Utilize accounting software including QuickBooks Online and NutraSoft .

Qualifications

• Full cycle accounting experience required.
• Strong background in banking electronics and general accounting principles.
• Minimum five years experience.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a small, personable team environment.
• Taxes are handled by an external company.
• No fixed assets responsibility.
