What You’ll Do

This is a high-impact, full-ownership role. You’ll build marketing from the ground up and partner directly with sales and leadership to drive qualified growth.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution : demand gen, product marketing, and brand
• Partner with sales to drive pipeline via outbound support, paid campaigns, and content
• Refine and expand our narrative — position Veel as the go-to for scalable creator video
• Launch and grow multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, lifecycle, SEO, and UGC
• Lead product GTM for new features like Launchpad and Creator Collab
• Test and optimize conversion flows, landing pages, and nurture sequences
• Build marketing ops foundations (tools, analytics, attribution)
• Lay the groundwork to hire and scale the team (performance, content, product marketing)

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing , ideally with startup/early-stage experience
• Are hands-on with both strategy + execution — you’ve built from scratch
• Bring strong experience in demand gen and product marketing
• Understand the creator economy and how brands repurpose video across platforms
• Partner closely with sales, and think in terms of pipeline and CAC
• Write sharp copy, move quickly, and think like a growth operator
• Bonus: background in creator/influencer tech, or DTC/eCom enablement tools

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $220,000 .

The actual base salary offered will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to:

• The candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications
• Role-specific needs
• Geographic location
• Internal compensation benchmarks

This position also includes a meaningful equity package , giving you ownership in Veel’s long-term success.
