We are looking for an immigration lawyer to join us in advancing the global legal market from New York, the economic capital of the world. Key Responsibilities
· Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and provide legal advice regarding immigration options and risks
· Represent individual clients in employment-based and family-based immigration matters (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-2/3, E-2, CR-1/2, etc.)
· Advise corporate clients on business immigration strategy, compliance with I-9 and E-Verify, and DHS/USCIS regulations
· Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with USCIS, DOL, DOS, and immigration courts
· Handle adjustment of status, naturalization, work permits (EAD), and travel documents (Advance Parole, Reentry Permits)
· Represent clients in deportation/removal proceedings before immigration courts (EOIR) if required
· Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and policy, including executive actions, USCIS guidance, and court decisions
· Contribute articles, client alerts, and legal updates for the firm’s website and publications
Required Qualifications
· Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
· A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law
· Strong working knowledge of USCIS, DOL, DOS, and EOIR procedures and filings
· Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, including the ability to draft persuasive petitions and respond to RFEs and NOIDs
· Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, global work environment under pressure
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and client service
Preferred Qualifications
· Understanding and experience of litigation procedures
· Experience in managing cross-border projects
· Excellent legal analysis, logical thinking and client-managing skills
· Experience conducting legal education or training in large corporate or law firm settings
· Proven ability to support law firm growth and drive innovation in the U.S. market
· Korean or a second language proficiency

Salary information: $130,000 ~
