The role of the Physician Liaison involves cultivating and nurturing strong customer relationships, with a primary focus on physicians and the community. Working closely with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors, the Physician Liaison plays a critical role in implementing strategic marketing initiatives across the organization. Their primary responsibility is to drive physician field marketing and develop strong relationships with referral sources. Position Details Part Time (20 Hours/Week) Flexible Schedule! Pay Rate: ~$33.65-$38.46/Hour with potential for incentives! Mileage Reimbursement Promoting RET clinics in Bellevue, Crossroads, North Bend, University District, Northgate, South Lake Union, Mercer Island, and Burien. Responsibilities Physician Marketing and Relations Develop and maintain relationships with targeted physicians and referral sources. Complete eight (8) direct physician contacts per day/40 per week. Facilitate interactions between physical therapists and customers. Communicate effectively with referring providers and their staff. Participate in monthly marketing meetings. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Coordinate with staff to handle customer requests promptly. Maintain referral information and activity in Salesforce. Perform other duties as assigned. Community Engagement and Brand Awareness Plan and organize community events with Clinic Directors. Develop community relationships through advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships. Manage collateral materials and clinic supplies. Support corporate identity preservation. Planning and Training Develop quarterly marketing plans with budgets and strategies. Track marketing activities and demographic data. Provide marketing training to staff. Maintain referral source database in Salesforce. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or clinical field with sales/marketing experience. Minimum of two years in healthcare sales. Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and web tools. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with healthcare sales and existing relationships in primary care are a plus. Ability to handle physical demands such as driving and lifting 25 pounds.
