As a Sales Account Manager within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL.

The Linga Sales Account Manager serves as the primary Linga client point of contact and is responsible for maintaining and nurturing sales relationships with existing Linga accounts, as well as ensuring they receive exceptional service. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for client renewals, as well as upsell, and cross sell opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will work cross functionally, within Linga sales and service teams, to ensure client happiness and maintain an exceptional level of service.

Responsibilities:
Proactively gather feedback from Client accounts as it relates to the usage and requirements for Linga solutions
Continually communicate with existing accounts to drive awareness of Linga solutions
Maintain internal cross functional working relationships with marketing, sales, and service teams

Additional Responsibilities:
Represent the company’s products and services, by developing a comprehensive knowledge of how Linga solutions meet the needs of its prospects and clients
Respond to customer inquiries with expediency; nurture and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing clients
Maintain accurate record keeping, updates and reporting of sales duties, statues, and correspondence within the company CRM

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum three years of Customer Service and or Sales Account Management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Office tools utilization and CRM experience required

Job Description

  • Independently provides sales/relationship support for one or multiple products. Responds to inquiries, provides advice on products, service features and pricing. Engages with client to enhance and grow existing business.
  • Responds to product-specific inquiries from clients and/or internal partners. Conducts product demonstrations, as needed.
  • Develops and updates proposal and marketing content in coordination with Product Management.
  • Provides guidance and direction to clients and/or internal partners on product features, functions, usage and pricing to support new and existing business opportunities.
  • Identifies client-specific requirements and needs to inform product direction. Works to develop knowledge of PNC capabilities, solutions development, and integrating products/platforms into client systems/interfaces.
