This is not your typical sales job. Our Sales Representatives average $150,000–$250,000+ per year, with many earning well above that. You will spend minimal time in the office (3–4 days/week) and the rest closing deals face-to-face with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments—no cold calling, no canvassing.

What You Will Do:

  • Attend pre-set appointments between 1 PM and 7:30 PM
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos
  • Provide on-the-spot estimates using cutting-edge software
  • Perform attic or ladder inspections—but don’t worry, you don’t need to get on the roof
  • Earn trust, negotiate solutions, and close deals on the spot
  • Work a flexible 4-day work week, including evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
  • Office time is limited to just 3–4 days per week—Fridays and Saturdays typically start from home

Requirements

 

What You Need:

  • No sales or construction experience required—just a winning mindset
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Comfort working midday, evening, and weekend hours to meet homeowners when they're home
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed
