Salesforce Developer

Our client is actively searching for a Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. They are dedicated to enhancing financial health for all and aim to create the world’s leading financial wellness platform by integrating people, automation, and AI. They are experiencing rapid growth, and expanding their Salesforce team.

Position Summary:

The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in an agile, collaborative environment, participating in the prioritization process and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and testing of custom Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications and flows on the Salesforce platform.
• Build scalable and secure solutions using technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Identify, implement, and manage data integrations and feeds.
• Test and deploy applications to ensure proper functionality and a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance by resolving bugs.
• Create technical documentation for the developed applications.
• Work under general supervision, with opportunities for independent decision-making, while closely collaborating with stakeholders and team members to convert business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Willingness to work from CT, 2 days on-site per week.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL.
• At least 3 years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• At least 3 years of API experience.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Over 4 years of experience working with Salesforce, including Flows, Lightning, and Communities.
• Proficiency in data management, modeling, and migrations.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, with a strong focus on security (experience is a plus).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud is beneficial.
• Experience with Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the AWS suite is a plus.
