Apply today to join our team and become a part of our mission! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Labor Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US labor law principles and be able to provide legal counsel and representation to our clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Responsibilities Advise clients on all aspects of US labor law, including but not limited to: Wage and hour laws (e.g., overtime, minimum wage, FLSA) Discrimination and harassment (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA) Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Worker's compensation Collective bargaining Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal filings. Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings (e.g., administrative hearings, court trials). Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations. Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on a variety of labor and employment matters. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing US Labor Law. Strong understanding of US labor law principles and legal procedures. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
